About the Role
A well-established Arts & Crafts supplier in Harlow is looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join its replenishment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Core hours: 7:00 AM – 4:45 PM
- Flexibility required to work between:
- 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, or
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, depending on business needs
- Weekend availability may be required during the peak season (October to early December), including Sundays
- One hour of breaks each day (30-minute lunch plus two 15-minute breaks)
Key Responsibilities
- Unload incoming deliveries and containers safely and efficiently
- Stack, wrap, and label pallets correctly
- Replenish warehouse stock to support the picking team
- Carry out quality checks before replenishing stock
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
- Assist other warehouse departments during busy periods
