Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotation (2 Days, 2 Nights)

• Day Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm
• Night Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our Coldstore team within the Chill Department at Müller Severnside. In this role, you will be responsible for manually packing milk products into trolleys for distribution, transporting stock throughout the warehouse, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency within a chilled working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack products into trolleys for dispatch to Distribution Centres.
• Ensure all products are packed correctly and meet quality standards.
• Operate shrink-wrapping equipment safely and effectively.
• Transport full and empty trolleys across the chilled warehouse area.
• Carry out deep cleaning of equipment and trolleys.
• Report any defects, accidents, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

Skills and Experience

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehousing is desirable.
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious approach to work.

Working Environment

This position is based within a chilled warehouse environment. Full personal protective equipment (PPE), including a high-visibility coat, will be provided.
