About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our teams at busy bars and clubs across Birmingham city centre.
As part of our team, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Serve drinks efficiently and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming bar area.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Pay close attention to customer needs and service details.
- Follow company procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Help ensure customers have an enjoyable experience.
Requirements
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred.
- At least 1 year of bar staff experience is required.
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
