The Role
We are looking for a friendly, passionate and welcoming Hotel Receptionist to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience from arrival to departure and ensuring every guest receives a warm and professional welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and requests.
- Recommend local attractions, restaurants, activities and entertainment.
- Identify VIP and priority guests and ensure their rooms are prepared before arrival.
- Arrange appropriate VIP amenities and special requests.
- Work closely with the Duty Manager and other departments to resolve guest needs.
- Handle guest messages, room moves and other reception duties efficiently.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of customer service.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- A friendly, professional and welcoming personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in hotel reception, hospitality or customer service.
- Good knowledge of London’s attractions, restaurants and activities.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and occasional night shifts.
