About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Aston, Birmingham.
This is a customer-facing role that involves warehouse duties, manual handling and assisting customers. The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload deliveries from lorries.
- Move and organise stock around the warehouse.
- Replenish shelves throughout the day.
- Check stock for damaged or missing items and report any issues.
- Assist customers on the shop floor and provide excellent customer service.
- Support checkout operations when required.
- Use lifting equipment or a forklift truck where appropriate and authorised.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Follow health and safety procedures and meet business performance targets.
Requirements
