About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver excellent service by preparing and serving a wide range of beverages while ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, teas, and coffees to a high standard.
- Create signature cocktails and specialty coffee beverages.
- Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Complete daily bar opening duties, including setting up the bar, collecting ice, restocking shelves, and preparing the work area.
- Maintain proper stock rotation and ensure beverages are stored correctly.
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide seamless service.
