Element is looking for a reliable and motivated Driver to join our Aerospace division in Cradley Heath. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play an important role in supporting our testing operations by ensuring the safe and efficient collection, delivery, and handling of materials while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver materials to customer and company locations across the UK.
- Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
- Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records and transport documentation.
- Pack, unpack, load, and unload incoming and outgoing materials.
- Work towards obtaining a Fork Lift Truck (FLT) licence with company support.
- Assist the production team with non-destructive testing (NDT) activities, process checks, and data collection as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
