About the Role
Poundland & Dealz is looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our busy distribution team. In this role, you’ll help ensure stock is received, stored, picked, and dispatched accurately, keeping our stores supplied and our operations running smoothly.
As part of a fast-paced and supportive team, you’ll carry out a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving deliveries, checking stock, order picking, loading vehicles, and preparing goods for dispatch. Every day brings new tasks, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys an active working environment.
Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are central to this position. You’ll follow warehouse procedures, handle stock with care, and maintain high operational standards. Previous warehouse or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
