About the Role
Verisure is seeking enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Assistants to join its growing team in Wolverhampton. This full-time position combines a guaranteed salary with an uncapped commission structure, offering excellent earning potential and long-term career progression.
As a Field Sales Assistant, you will meet prospective customers, promote Verisure’s award-winning smart security solutions, conduct home security assessments, and recommend systems tailored to each customer’s needs. You’ll also generate new business through direct sales activities and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm leads into successful sales.
- Generate new business through residential and business canvassing.
- Carry out security surveys and recommend suitable alarm systems.
- Present and demonstrate Verisure’s smart security products.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining company standards.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Full training is provided.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Professional, confident, and positive attitude.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Access to a vehicle during the initial months of employment.
- Successful candidates must complete a basic DBS check.
