About the Role
Granary Square Brasserie is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join its vibrant team in the heart of King’s Cross, London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a stylish, fast-paced restaurant while delivering exceptional service and creating high-quality drinks for guests.
As a Bartender, you’ll prepare cocktails and beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages.
- Take drink orders and recommend suitable menu options.
- Process customer payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
- Follow food hygiene, licensing, and health & safety regulations.
- Support and supervise bar assistants when required.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience and cocktail-making skills.
- Friendly, professional, and confident approach to customer service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of drink preparation, licensing laws, and hygiene standards.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
