The Role
Maje is looking for a Sales Assistant to join its concession at Selfridges Birmingham.
You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and personalised shopping experience while helping customers discover the Maje brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a personalised shopping experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage loyalty.
- Develop and maintain the store’s customer portfolio.
- Process customer transactions accurately.
- Assist with stock management and organisation.
- Follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Contribute to achieving store and brand objectives.
- Deliver excellent and courteous customer service.
