About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a growing team producing high-quality custom-branded clothing for well-known customers and organisations.
No previous warehouse experience is essential, as full training will be provided. Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
Shift Pattern
You must be available to work both shifts on a weekly rotation:
- Week 1: Monday–Friday, 5:55am–2:00pm
- Week 2: Monday–Friday, 1:55pm–10:00pm
- 30-minute unpaid break
- Overtime may be available after 37.9 hours, paid at time and a half
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and packing slips using handheld scanners.
- Check orders, stock locations, and quantities.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Move completed orders to the appropriate department.
- Handle stock transfers and returned garments.
- Receive supplier deliveries and organise stock correctly.
- Check and replenish stock as required.
- Report stock shortages to the Shift Leader.
- Maintain a clean and organised working area.
- Carry out other duties as required.

Important Requirements
Applicants must be able to work both shifts on a weekly rotation and be able to commute to Trafford Park in time for the 5:55am start.
