About the Role
The Dorchester, one of London’s prestigious luxury hotels, is looking for a dedicated and professional Laundry Attendant to join its Laundry & Valet team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build a career in luxury hospitality. You will help maintain the hotel’s five-star standards by providing high-quality laundry, pressing and dry-cleaning services for hotel guests and colleagues.
The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional laundry, pressing and dry-cleaning services.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Ensure laundry services meet the hotel’s five-star quality standards.
- Handle guest and colleague laundry with care and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Work collaboratively with the Laundry & Valet team.
