About the Role

Jersey Mikeā€™s is bringing its popular sandwich experience to the UK and is looking for enthusiastic, friendly and energetic Crew Members to join its team at the beginning of this exciting journey.

As a Crew Member, you will help prepare fresh sandwiches, serve customers and maintain a welcoming restaurant environment. You will work closely with your teammates to deliver excellent customer service and ensure every order meets the company’s quality standards.

Previous experience is not essential. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and passion for teamwork are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
  • Take orders accurately and operate the till.
  • Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to company standards.
  • Maintain food quality, freshness and hygiene.
  • Keep the kitchen, service counter and dining areas clean.
  • Assist with food preparation, stocking and cleaning duties.
  • Support opening and closing procedures.
  • Prepare takeaway, delivery and online orders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and shift leaders.
  • Follow food safety, health and safety and uniform policies.

Requirements

  • Friendly, energetic and positive attitude.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Reliability, attention to detail and good personal presentation.
  • Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.

Previous restaurant experience is welcome but not essential. Training will be provided for assigned duties.
