Room Attendant Job Overview
We are currently hiring a Room Attendant in London to join our Housekeeping team. This is a full-time, hands-on role suited to someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest hotel standards
- Reset rooms with fresh linens, amenities, and supplies
- Replenish minibars and ensure items are neatly presented
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping areas
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
- Support the wider housekeeping team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical, active work throughout shifts
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Willingness to learn and grow within a hospitality environment
