About the Role
CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support the smooth operation of our busy kitchen. In this full-time role, you’ll help maintain high standards of cleanliness, assist our chefs, and ensure our customers enjoy fresh, high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic at all times
- Assist chefs by preparing ingredients and ensuring they have everything needed
- Help with food and drink preparation as required
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the CH&CO brand
- Follow all Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Be an enthusiastic and positive team player
