Key Responsibilities
- Serving customers and delivering excellent customer service
- Preparing coffees and hot drinks
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
- Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout the café
- Assisting with day-to-day café operations
- Monitoring stock levels and informing management when supplies are low
- Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
- Keeping workspaces organised and hygienic
- Working closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills & Experience
- Previous barista experience is beneficial but not essential
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Awareness of food hygiene and allergens
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
