About the role
We are looking for a Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team at Moxy Bristol, working as part of a supportive and fast-paced hotel environment. You will report to the Head Housekeeper and play a key role in ensuring guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and maintained to a high standard.
This role is offered through WGC, a leading outsourced hotel services provider supporting hotels across the UK in delivering excellent guest experiences.
What you’ll be doing
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to hotel standards
- Replenishing linen, towels, and guest amenities
- Ensuring rooms are presented to a high level of cleanliness and comfort
- Reporting maintenance issues and handling lost property appropriately
- Checking appliances, fixtures, and fittings are safe and functioning correctly
- Supporting the team in delivering a positive guest experience

About you
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team
