About the Role
EGO Kenilworth is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join its hospitality team. In this role, you’ll help keep the kitchen clean, organised, and fully prepared for service while supporting chefs in delivering high-quality meals to guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the kitchen for daily service.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Support chefs with food preparation and kitchen duties.
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Wash kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Work as part of a team to deliver excellent food and service.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and organised.
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential.
