Key Responsibilities
As a Team Member, you will:
- Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders and operate the till accurately.
- Prepare food to KFC’s quality and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining and kitchen areas.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while delivering excellent customer service.
- Support your teammates to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Follow food hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times.
