About the Role
Aramark UK is looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join its team at the Accenture site in central London.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coffee, customer service, and working as part of a busy team. You’ll prepare high-quality hot and cold drinks, serve customers, operate the till, and help with the day-to-day running of the café.
Previous barista experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks to company standards
- Create and develop latte art skills
- Operate the till and process cash and card payments
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Upsell products and different drink sizes where appropriate
- Serve food, cakes, and other products
- Keep the café and dining areas clean and tidy
- Complete cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal
- Restock and rotate products throughout the day
- Ensure stock is correctly dated and presented
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is an advantage but not required
- Genuine interest in coffee and customer service
- Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Must have resided in the UK for the previous 5 years
- Ability to pass required security vetting and DBS checks
