About the Role
Park Lane Wellness is a luxury private spa in the heart of Mayfair, offering personalised wellness experiences to a high-end clientele.
We are looking for an experienced Luxury Spa Receptionist who can provide exceptional customer service and create a professional, welcoming and luxurious experience for every guest.
This is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury spa or premium hospitality environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage appointments, bookings and guest enquiries.
- Coordinate appointments with therapists and other team members.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the guest experience.
- Handle VIP and high-profile guests with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.
- Use booking systems confidently and accurately.
- Ensure reception operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain the high standards expected of a luxury wellness business.
Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous receptionist experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury spa or premium hospitality environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience using booking systems.
- A warm, confident and professional personality.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and discreet when dealing with VIP guests.
- A proactive, reliable and positive approach to work.
