About the Role
CLEANSERV is looking for a reliable, energetic and hardworking School Cleaner to join its team in Coventry.
You will be responsible for maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout your designated areas of the school.
Previous commercial cleaning experience is welcome but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned school areas to a high standard.
- Take initiative to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.
- Follow the cleaning rota and daily work requirements.
- Work closely with the Supervisor, Site Lead and other school staff.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report stock requirements.
- Report health and safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a customer-focused and professional approach.
- Pay close attention to detail when completing cleaning tasks.
- Adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.
