Hours: 7:00pm–7:00am

About the Role
UPS is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join the team at Marken Ltd in Feltham.
This is a permanent, full-time night-shift position working a 4-on, 4-off rotation. You will play an important role in ensuring packages and products are received, processed, stored and shipped accurately and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading packages and shipments
- Receiving, inspecting and stocking inbound products
- Processing returns and checking quantities and product condition
- Picking products accurately from designated locations
- Checking orders before dispatch
- Preparing, staging and securely packing shipments
- Arranging shipment collections and coordinating with carriers
- Palletising, wrapping and loading goods onto trailers
- Creating shipping labels and warehouse documentation
- Scanning, sorting and stocking packages
- Maintaining accurate information in the warehouse management system
- Following client procedures and government/compliance requirements
- Safely operating warehouse equipment and power machinery where required
- Responding to customer and client enquiries
- Reporting and escalating service issues to supervisors
- Supporting other warehouse duties as required
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
- A high school diploma, GED or international equivalent (preferred)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- A reliable and responsible approach to work
- Ability to work safely in a busy warehouse environment
- Flexibility to work different shift requirements, up to 5 days per week
- Ability to work overnight shifts on a 4-on, 4-off schedule
