About the Role
Join the Starbucks family through Cobra Coffee, a proud Starbucks UK franchise partner. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our team in Rickmansworth.
No previous barista experience is required. We are looking for people who are passionate about creating great customer experiences, enjoy working as part of a team and are eager to learn and develop their skills.
As a Barista, you will create delicious handcrafted beverages, provide excellent customer service and help make every customer’s visit a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Preparing high-quality beverages, food and whole-bean coffee according to Starbucks standards.
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating genuine connections with customers.
- Learning customers’ preferences and helping create a welcoming store environment.
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods.
- Assisting with opening and closing store procedures.
- Handling cash and following health, safety and security procedures.
- Keeping the store clean, organised and welcoming.
- Supporting day-to-day store operations.
The role may involve early mornings, evenings and weekends, depending on store requirements.
