Bayley & Sage is a group of 14 independent food stores serving local communities across South West London. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality seasonal food and creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

- Marylebone
- Parsons Green
- Chelsea
- Fulham Road
- Northcote Road
- Turnham Green
- Parkgate Road
Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Team Member, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Receive and process fresh, ambient, packaging and consumable deliveries.
- Stock, display and merchandise products.
- Rotate stock and check sell-by/use-by dates.
- Record relevant stock information.
- Serve customers and process transactions.
- Pack customers’ groceries.
- Dispose of waste using the correct procedures.
- Carry out general cleaning duties.
- Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store.

- Is flexible and available to work full-time, including weekends.
Previous retail experience may be helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
