About the Role
Granary Square Brasserie, part of The Ivy Collection, is looking for enthusiastic and talented Bartenders to join its vibrant team in King’s Cross, London. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy creating exceptional drinks, delivering outstanding customer service, and working in a stylish, fast-paced hospitality environment.
As a Bartender, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing premium beverages, recommending drinks, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional approach.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages to a high standard.
- Take drink orders and recommend menu options.
- Process customer payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.
- Follow food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
- Support bar operations and assist team members when needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every shift.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience with strong cocktail-making skills.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and confident attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
