About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing Bar Team Members to join the team as we prepare to open The Boiler Room Birmingham.
The successful candidates will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and needs.
- Serve customers efficiently in a busy bar environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bar and customer areas.
- Work positively and effectively as part of the team.
- Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a busy bar or restaurant environment.
- Good knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and a positive attitude.
