About the Role
KFC is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant General Manager to join its restaurant leadership team in Yardley, Birmingham.
In this role, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading team members and delivering excellent customer service. You will help drive restaurant performance, maintain high standards and create a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, coach and motivate team members.
- Help achieve sales, performance and operational targets.
