As a Retail Assistant, you’ll help create an enjoyable shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining an attractive store, processing purchases, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers with products, sizes, purchases, and returns.
- Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Replenish merchandise and ensure products are correctly displayed and priced.
- Operate tills and process customer transactions efficiently.
- Receive, unpack, and organise new stock deliveries.
- Maintain fitting rooms and sales areas to Primark’s high standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals.
