About the Role
The Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotel, part of Marriott International, is looking for a dedicated Casual Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in one of London’s prestigious hotels while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a world-class hospitality environment.
As a Room Attendant, you’ll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation throughout guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Marriott’s high standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping enquiries.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Remove used linens, waste, room service trays, and other items from guest areas.
- Maintain and store housekeeping equipment safely.
- Follow all health, safety, and hotel procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support guests throughout their stay.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain outstanding housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically able to perform manual handling tasks and remain active throughout shifts.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.
