About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Harrow. In this role, you will help create an outstanding shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high store standards, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, has a positive attitude, and thrives on interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice.
- Process purchases efficiently and accurately at the till.
- Recommend complementary products to enhance the customer experience.
- Work with colleagues to achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Replenish stock to ensure shelves remain well stocked and organised.
- Receive and process stock deliveries promptly.
- Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Assist with additional store duties as required.
